About

A writer, editor, dreamer.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been a dreamer. I would be that girl in school, looking like I belonged in a Taylor Swift video as I daydreamed about romance, the stories I wanted to write and of course, how I would tackle these passions and make them a reality.

At the age of 16, I started writing and editing for my first magazine. During this rewarding time, I got to interview models, fashion and jewellery designers, fashion photographers and even a wine company in L.A.! The best part was, no one knew I was 16. It was all done remotely and my writing skills spoke for itself. Those years taught me a lot and provided me with one of the most memorable career firsts: seeing my writing published in a real-life print magazine.

The passion was cemented right there. I went on to contribute to several online publications including Elite Daily, YourTango, Bad Yogi, TheRichest, TheTalko, and Feather Magazine, where I served for four years as the Executive Editor and Health Director. During this time, I was also earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a minor in writing. After graduation, I found myself still lusting after those career goals that I had aspired to since I was sixteen.

That big break came in March 2017 when I landed my first big-girl job as a Senior Editor for Valnet Inc.

I faced a lot of fears going for that job. I moved cities. Said my goodbyes to friends and family. Dipped my toes in the fast-paced world of digital media. I will always look back at that experience as one of the most challenging, rewards, beautiful experiences that I ever conquered on my own.

But I’m not stopping there. While I work full-time as an editor, I also write young adult romance novels in my spare time, which I hope to one day publish. As well, I am an experienced freelance writer and editor, ready to service all your content and editorial needs.

So, now that you know about me, why not drop me a line and tell me about yourself? I hope to work with you soon!
